** The following course content description applies to our 40-Hour Basic Mediation Training Course. Periodically we also offer other training courses customized to meet particular needs in the areas of communication skills and problem solving in the workplace.
While 40 Hours is the current, minimum standard to qualify one to be a mediator, in our opinion a 40 hour course on its own does not make a person a mediator. It takes a lot of practice working with these skills for someone to be fully comfortable with the mediation process.
